Vendor Gifts

    Sometimes vendors with public contracts offer gifts to SPPS employees and Board of Education (BOE) members to foster goodwill.  Although state law permits gifts with a value of $5 or less, SPPS employees and BOE members should not accept personal gifts from vendors or contractors.
