    Highland Park Senior is an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, consisting of an IB Middle Years Program (9th and 10th grades) leading into the IB Diploma Program  (11th and 12th grades). HPSH offers an inspiring academic experience of rigorous content and balanced curriculum. All students are encouraged to become active, compassionate, and lifelong learners, and develop the personal, emotional, and social skills essential in our rapidly globalizing world.

  • OUR PRINCIPAL

    I am Dr. Winston H. Tucker, the proud principal of Highland Park Senior High School. I have worked in SPPS since 1989. Prior to becoming principal at Highland Park I was principal at Murray Junior High School for nine years. I've also taught Social Studies and Humanities and served as an Assistant Principal, all in the Saint Paul School District. winston.tucker@spps.org
