  • Chess Club 

     

     

     

    Objective: - 

     

    • To bring together chess players from HPSH who would like to share their hobby and interest in chess with each other.

    • To eventually provide an organized chess tournament venue for competitive-minded chess players.

    • To promote increased knowledge and understanding of the game of chess for its own sake as an art and as an intellectual sport. Through instructional books, videos, and chess publications the HPSH Chess Club seeks to foster the development of its Members as chess players and enhance their appreciation of "The Royal Game". 

    • Membership in HPSH Chess Club is open to any student with an interest in chess, regardless of his/her experience or playing ability.

    The Chess Club meets in Room 2313 on Monday

    from 3:15 pm to 5:00 pm.

    Anyone is welcome to join.
