I have worked in the St. Paul Schools for over 20 years now and have taught English as a Second Language, computer software skills, English literature, and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). I have also been a program coordinator in various capacities over the years.

This is my second year at Highland Park Senior High School, where I serve as the IB Diploma Program Coordinator and one of our TOK instructors.

My undergraduate degrees are in philosophy and English literature.

My masters degrees are in systematic theology and teaching English language arts.

I also like bike riding, have played and coached soccer (and enjoy watching the Premier League), and appreciate movies/TV shows. I have two grown children, a son and a daughter. In my ‘spare’ time, I read. A lot.

First semester: I teach TOK 12 on B days, periods one and four.

Second Semester: I teach TOK 12 on A and B days, period 1 each day.
