Mississippi Creative Arts is one of the first and finest creative arts schools in Saint Paul, and is known for its emphasis on the arts combined with a strong academic core.
Our ELL students receive services targeted at building English language proficiency along with strong foundations in academic areas.
The Extended Day for Learning Program features both math and reading instruction and enrichment opportunities for 2nd-5th grade students to explore new abilities and interests.
Dr. Lydia Kabaka brings a wealth of experience in helping all students feel represented and accepted for who they are. As a violin player in high school, she values the energy and creativity that the arts can bring to the lives of students. Dr. Kabaka has served as a school counselor, administrator, and most recently, as assistant principal at Washington Technology Magnet.
