At Mississippi Creative Arts, our teachers use The Kennedy Center's Arts Integration approach to teaching. The approach places a focus on students constructing and demonstrating undertanding of content through an art form. In our classrooms, students engage in the creative process to meet standards by connecting an art form and core subject matter. Young creative minds experience the satisfaction of making arts as they learn reading, writing, math, and science at MCAS.
