Pre-Kindergarten

  • Children come to school with their own unique prior knowledge from family, experiences, belifs, understandings and culture. Children can constuct meaningful knowledge that is relevant to their world by connecting what they know to new information and learning within the context of social relationships.

They have the immense capacity and desire to investigate, explore, and discover the environment of their immediate world, enabling them to transport their natural curiousity into the learning process. All children are born with an innate propensity to communicate and are eager to share the joy of learning with family, teachers and peers.
