This is a reading course for High School Level 2 English learners. In this class, we will focus on reading in content areas such as American History, other nonfiction, and fiction too. We will have a strong focus on building students' academic and content-area vocabulary. We will focus on teaching students beginning reading strategies that students can start to use in all their academic classes. You will learn a lot about content topics as well as a lot about reading!
