Course Description

Welcome to 7th grade English language arts. The new Common Core State Standards will be delivered to you in an intense curriculum designed to get you smarter and allow you to be successful in all of your classes.  You will know and understand the foundations of English language structures, learn and apply good reading skills to grade level informational texts and literature, do research, become more multi-media literate through the use of technology, and write better.  This is a course for students who have exceeded proficiency on the MCA Reading Exam.
