Special Education Teacher at Washington Technology Magnet HS

Hi my name is Ms. Person and I’ve been teaching at Washington for 5 of my 17 years of teaching! Usually I co-teach in high school math and English classes. This year I am co-teaching Algebra 2 and American Literature. I’m married with two boys and a puppy. I’m usually driving my boys to swimming or baseball, but if I do get free time I enjoy reading, crafting, watching nearly anything on HGTV or walking my dog. I graduated from Macalester College with a degree in Geography, Urban Studies and Education. I taught one year before going back to school, Bethel University, to get my master’s degree and special education license in EBD and SLD.
