  • Graduation Ceremony information

    Location: Roy Wilkins Auditorium
    When: Tuesday, June 13th, 2023
    Time: 5:30 PM; Graduates must arrive by 4:45 PM
    Parking: Science Museum ramp-$10; River Centre ramp-$15; street-metered parking and other nearby ramp options available
     
    The graduation ceremony will also be available via Livestream for those at home to view. Click here for the Livestreem link.
     
    Each graduate will receive four tickets, or a total of eight tickets if they attended their Senior Conference. Tickets are General Admissions. ADA tickets are available upon request.

    Mandatory Rehearsal: Tuesday, June 13th, at 10 AM, at Roy Wilkins

    Graduates must arrive at 9:45 AM to start rehearsal at 10 AM SHARP. Graduates will have to find their own transportation and rehearsal typically last about 1.5 hours. This is NOT a dress rehearsal, do not bring cap/gown, but dress comfortably. Enter on 5th St. by the loading dock OR enter on Kellogg Blvd and come through the River Centre into Roy Wilkins.

    IF A GRADUATING SENIOR DOES NOT ATTEND REHEARSAL, THEY CANNOT WALK AT GRADUATION!!

     

     

    Yard Signs

    The district has provided all Seniors with a Senior "Class of 2023" school-themed yard sign. Yard signs have been handed out to those who wanted one, but if a senior student did not receive one, please see Mr. Yang for a yard sign. 

     

     

    Senior's Last Day of School/ Picnic/ Cap and Gown

    All Seniors who are on track to graduate will be bussed to Central Park in Roseville for a Senior picnic celebration on Friday, June 9th. Seniors not on track to graduate will stay behind to complete the necessary work needed to graduate on time. This will also be their last day of school. Cap and gown, along with tickets, and any applicable cords, will be distributed to seniors at the end of the picnic.

     

     

    Other Important Dates:

    -May 31st: Senior Honors Night at WTMS in the Great Hall at 6 PM

    -June 1st: Cultural adornment/ stole pre-approval due date

    -June 2nd: Senior Class Field Trip to Valleyfair, permission slip and $25 due by May 24th

    -June 5th- June 8th: Senior "Passport" Responsibilities
