Grade: 12

Prerequisites: Successful completion of Naval Science 3, no major discipline infractions, have completed at least 40 hours of community and or school service in the past three years with the NJROTC Unit, recommendation of Senior Naval Science Instructor.

This elective course is for cadets meeting the prerequisites.  Cadets will instructed in Leadership Theory, including ethics and morals, and case studies.  Cadets will be placed in positions of authority in which they will exercise the fundamentals of leadership and management to include planning and implementing and directing unit members’ efforts in accomplishing a mission.
