What words of advice would you give incoming freshman?
There are ways to make high school fun that don’t involve slacking off or messing around. And in the long run you’ll probably be a lot less stressed and a lot happier if you do what you have to do and then use the rest of your time to do what makes you happy.

What words of advice would you give incoming freshman?
The best experiences you will have in high school will come from the things that you do with your peers. Go to as many games, theater productions, and school events as you can because that’s where you’ll make all your great memories. Get involved and enjoy it because time flies!

What words of advice would you give incoming freshman?
Try your best but don't base your self worth on how well you do in school. What's important is the connections you make with other people. Build those relationships, find a support network, then even when you fail you will have someone there to pick you back up.

What words of advice would you give incoming freshman?
It may seem like the years are going to go by slowly and you have so much time before graduation, but it goes by so incredibly fast so enjoy every day! Also, get involved! Athletics and/or clubs make the high school experience so fun and allow you to be a part of a community.

What words of advice would you give incoming freshman?
High school isn't just 7:30-2, Monday through Friday. Grades aren't the only important thing. You should take the opportunity to do something you enjoy, whether it be a sport, club or activity. They're also great opportunities to meet new people that share your interests.
