Morris likes lots of things: doing puzzles, painting pictures, pretending to be an astronaut, and wearing a tangerine dress because it “reminds him of tigers, the sun, and his mother’s hair.”Playwright juliany taveras explains that “first & foremost this is a play about love and creativity, a story about authentic self-expression. Morris's story is one of freedom; of defying arbitrary (at times even violent) rules of who or how we should be; of being one's whole, radiant self."
The show runs October 10-November 19, and the PRIDE Night will be Friday, October 27. Reserve tickets yourself or for other nights through the Children's Theater Company's ticket website. Use code ADVENTURE for 25% off the regular ticket price.
