Wellness Funding Opportunities
Wellness Champions who complete an annual wellness action plan are eligible for up to approximately $450 in funding for wellness projects. To start the funding process, please fill out the Google form linked below:

Allina Reporting
If you received funding from Allina during the school year for wellness initiatives or equipment replacement, you will need to complete an online report. Reports should be emailed to Carol Grady (carol.grady@spps.org) and are due by May 18th.
