This four-session virtual course will offer opportunities to refresh your own understanding of the Compass (or learn it for the first time), connect with colleagues around picture books, absent narratives and diverse representations, and practice incorporating the Compass into your instructional practices. Teachers will receive 3 picture books for using the compass with students and will receive curriculum pay for completed hours for the workshop.
