Four SPPS Teachers are Candidates for Minnesota Teacher of the Year
Congratulations to the four SPPS teachers who have been named candidates for 2024 Minnesota Teacher of the Year. They are:
Emily Lockhart, Harding Senior High School (Social Studies)
Samuel Northey, SPPS Online School (Science)
Kathy Romero, Como Park Senior High School (English)
Jamie Williams, Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet (Social Studies)
Harding's Michael Houston was the 2023 Minnesota Teacher of the Year.
