PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 123B.09, Subdivision 6, does hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 625, Saint Paul Public Schools, to be held and convened on:

• Friday, January 26, 2024

• Saturday, January 27, 2024 

Meetings shall begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be held at the Administration Building located at 360 Colborne Street.  

The purpose of this workshop is for Administration and the Board to:

• Build and apply foundational knowledge of PK-12 budget

• Understand FY25 budget development process

• Identify governance parameters to guide FY25 budget development (i.e. Identify BOE priorities to guide FY25 budget development)
