Virtual Staff Yoga Continues this Spring

Virtual staff yoga continues this spring. Sessions are on Wednesdays at 4:30pm and will run for 30-45 minutes. Participants are free to drop in and come and go, as their schedule allows, and they are welcome to start at any point in the school year.

These 30-minute sessions provide simple practices for physical, emotional and mental well-being -- tools that are crucial in today's chaotic times.

 

Interested? Please complete this registration form and a Zoom link, which will be the same for all the sessions, will be emailed to you prior to Wednesday's session.

Remaining Dates for Staff Yoga:

March: 3/2, 3/9, 3/23, 3/30

April: 4/13, 4/20, 4/27

May: 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25

June: 6/1

Participants who attend at least 6 of the remaining 11 sessions will be entered into a drawing for a yoga mat or a set of chimes. Be sure to enter you name into the chat to record your attendance and enter the drawing!
