    Striving for the next stage in life; gaining this essesntial skills to be career ready. 

    The goal of the work experiential learning program is to teach students how to acquire quality employment, maintain employment and develop career goals. Students are encouraged to think there is always more to learn and that there is a wide range of training programs available to them. This is taught through enrollment in the STEPS program,  Individual Career Assessment Occupational Internship, and career seminar class. Work-Based Learning programs are designed to give the students an opportunity to learn by doing and in a context to which they can practice application.
