There are many exciting things happening in Jackson's third grade classrooms. Some highlights of the year include:

• Studying the Solar System in January/February
• Farmer Nelson bringing a piglet to class in February
• Viewing the night skies at Como Planetarium in February/March
• Field trip to Minnesota Zoo in March/April
• Flint Hills International Children's Festival at the Ordway in June
