Dr. Tidwell has spent the last nine years as an assistant administrator and athletic director at Valley Middle School of STEM in Independent School District 196 and brings a wealth of experience in helping all students feel represented and accepted for who they are. He has been an educator since 2007, in classroom and administrative roles. Dr. Tidwell understands the importance of collaborating with staff and families and embracing the unique gifts that each student brings. 

Dr. Tidwell looks forward to partnering with families, students, staff and the community to continue the great work at Farnsworth Aerospace Upper Campus.

Dr. Tidwell has excellent academic qualifications with a masters in educational leadership from Saint Mary’s University and an educational doctorate in leadership at Saint Mary’s.
