Hello students and families!  Mr. Eggert here and I started at Farnsworth in 2021 as a 6th and 7th grade mathematics teacher. This year I am teaching 8th grade math and Computer Science! I really hope to have a fun-filled and exciting year where all students see the power and excitement of mathematics!  I also got into the new Virtual Reality Lab and expect that I will plan some experiences in it to expose students to this amazing new technology.  We have fantastic resources here at Farnsworth to explore subjects and more importantly.....yourself!

Outside of school, one of my favorite things to do is explore with my dog Java.  Over the past few years, she and I have been to a bunch of different states (CO, MT, SD, ND, WY, NE, MN, WI, MI, NH, OH, ME, OR, ID, VT, NJ) and 3 of Canada's provinces.  We love to hike in the cool crisp air in the mountains and  in Minnesota during our beautiful fall months!
