8th grade Earth Science. We cover Rocks and Minerals, Earth's structure and Plate Tectonics, Weather and Climate, and Astronomy.

 

This is my first year at Farnsworth, but my 4th year teaching. I first taught high school biology in Minneapolis, but I am so happy to now be part of Farnsworth.  I previously worked for Cornell Outdoor Education leading teambuilding and leadership activities, as well as leading backpacking trips in the Adirondacks in NY. 

 

I moved to Saint Paul in 2020, and I live with my fiance and puppy. My favorite things to do in my free time are being outside (wildflower hunting, hiking, rollerblading, XC skiing), or knitting at home on my red couch!
