    Welcome to English/Language Arts at Global Arts Plus - Upper!

    All middle school students in SPPS are enrolled in English/Language Arts classes.  6th-grade schedules include two literacy classes: Readers Workshop and Writers Workshop.  7th-grade and 8th-grade students take English/Language Arts, which combines reading & writing.  In addition, some 7th- and 8th-graders may be enrolled in a Reading Support class called OT Literacy, an EDL support class (for English learners), and/or a class with our WINN teacher, Ms. Traecy McJilton.
