Hi! My name is Brooke Deacon and I'm excited to be part of the Global Arts Plus Upper Campus team this year! While I have been a special education teacher in Saint Paul Public Schools since 2010, this is my first year teaching at GAPU.  My passion is reading instruction; my goal is to support learners in closing skills gaps in order to discover a love of reading and learning. I live in the metro area with my family and our dogs. I enjoy travel and concerts. This year we enjoyed a long roadtrip to Yellowstone National Park.
