¡Hola! Me llamo Jennifer Christiansen.  Este es mi vigésimo octavo año en Adams.  He enseñado primer, tercer, cuarto y quinto grados aquí.  Este año voy a trabajar como maestra de lectura para los grados kinder, primer y segundo 

Soy de Virginia, Minnesota. Mi padre era profesor de español en la secundaria, y empecé a estudiar el lenguaje con él.  Asistí la Universidad North Park en Chicago y estudié en una escuela de lenguaje en Morelia, México.  Trabajé por cinco veranos con Concordia Language Villages antes de venir a Adams. 

En mi tiempo libre me gusta leer, tejer, caminar y viajar.  Tengo dos sobrinos gemelos que tienen quince años.  Es divertido tener aventuras con ellos ahora que son mayores. Acampamos juntos en Alaska , el Gran Cañon y en Isle Royale.

 La escuela es una gran parte de mi vida y aprecio mucho la oportunidad que tengo para enseñar español todos los días.

 Hi! My name is Jennifer Christiansen. This is my twenty-eighth year at Adams.  I have taught first, third, fourth and fifth grades here. This year I am going to be teaching reading in kinder, first and second grades. 

I am from Virginia, Minnesota. My father was a high school Spanish teacher, and I began to study the language with him.  I attended North Park University in Chicago and studied at a language school in Morelia, Mexico.  I worked with Concordia Language Villages for five summers before coming to Adams.  

In my free time I like to read, knit, walk and travel. My niece and nephew are fifteen year old twins.  It is fun to have adventures with them now that they are older.  We have camped together in Alaska, the Grand Canyon  and  Isle Royale.

 The school is a huge part of my life, and I appreciate the opportunity that I have to teach Spanish everyday.
