Meet the Staff

  • Teresa Eide- School Nurse- Work #: 651-560-0960, teresa.eide@spps.org

I am looking forward to partnering with the children and families at Randolph Heights Elementary.  I will be in the health office on Tuesdays and Fridays.  I obtained my BSN and MSN in nursing at St. Catherine University in St. Paul.  I started my career in pediatric home care working with medically fragile children, and was a licensed school nurse in SPPS for 24 years.  I have a special interest in working with children with special needs.  In 2017/2018, I had the priviledge of being a LEND fellow at the University of Minnesota, an interdisciplinary cohort working to promote the integration of people with neurodevelopmental disabilities into the broader community.  I spent 2 years teaching nursing, but missed working with children and families.  I am so happy to be back in SPPS!  Please reach out to me with any health concerns you have for your children.

Kim Engstrom- Health Assistant- Work #: 651-560-5013, kim.engstrom@spps.org

I have been working for St. Paul Public Schools for 26 years.  I was a Site Manager for Discovery Club, St. Paul Public Schools before and after-school care program, for most of that time.  This is my fifth year working as a Health Assistant for Randolph Heights.  I will be in the health office Monday through Friday.  My husband teaches at St. Anthony Park Elementary.  We have two kids.  My son is in twelfth grade and my daughter is in eighth grade.  We have 3 dogs, Bernice, Jeff and Blanche.  One of the things we enjoy most are long road trips during the summer.  I look forward to working with you and your family this school year!
