Licensed School Nurse

  • My name is Teresa Eide and I am looking forward to partnering with the children and families at Randolph Heights Elementary.  I will be in the health office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Kim Engstrom, our health assistant, will be in the health office.  I obtained my BSN and MSN in nursing at St. Catherine University in St. Paul.  I started my career in pediatric home care working with medically fragile children, and was a licensed school nurse in SPPS for 17 years.  I have a special interest in working with children with special needs.  In 2017/2018, I had the priviledge of being a LEND fellow at the University of Minnesota, an interdisciplinary cohort working to promote the integration of people with neurodevelopmental disabilities into the broader community.  I spent 2 years teaching nursing, but missed working with children and families.  I am so happy to be back in SPPS!  Please reach out to me with any health concerns you have for your children.  You can reach me at teresa.eide@spps.org, or (651)293-8780.
