Welcome to Highland Park Middle School!

We invite YOU, our new sixth grader, to our annual WEB student orientation from 8:00 am-11:45 am on Thursday, September 1, 2022 in the middle school gymnasium.

Sixth graders: please arrive promptly at 8:00 am. BE READY FOR SOME FUN! The purpose of this orientation is to make the transition from elementary school to middle school a positive one. Eighth grade student leaders will be facilitating large and small group activities. Wear comfortable clothes and don’t bring any materials (snack will be provided).

7:50 am                       sixth graders dropped off in the middle school lobby
8:00 am                       WEB orientation for sixth graders begins
8:00-9:00 am               parents’ orientation in the auditorium (parents free to go afterward)
11:45 am-12:00 pm     WEB orientation ends, parents/families reconnect with 6th graders in their Foundations class (printed on students’ folders)
12:00-2:00 pm             Open House for all our students/families
12:00 - 1:00 pm           please join us for lunch
