The three areas of testing are listed below. Cadet score calculation can be seen on the attached .pdf files as well as the wall-chart hanging in the AFJROTC classroom.
Sit-ups: Cadet scores are based on their ages and how many sit-ups they can complete in one minute.
Right Angle Push-ups: Cadet scores are based on their ages and the total number of push-ups they can complete in one minute.
One-Mile Run: Cadet scores are based on their ages and how fast they run or walk a distance of one mile.
