Digital Electronics (PLTW) (Honors)

  • Course Number(s): T431501, T431503
    Length: 2 Semester (4 Credits)
Prerequisits: Geometry or current enrollment in Geometry; Introduction to Engineering Design or Principles of Engineering
    Grade: 11-12

Digital Electronics is a course in applied logic that encompasses the application of electronic circuits and devices. Students use computer simulations to learn about the logic of electronics as they design, test, and actually construct circuits and devices. Computer simulation software is used to design and test digital circuitry prior to construction.

Note: Students can earn college credit by passing PLTW summative test at the end of the semester.
