I have been teaching for almost 20 years.  I received my Undergraduate Degree from Hamline University here in St. Paul and a Master's in Reading from University of Virginia. I have taught Kindergarten for 9 years, Prek for 4 and 1st Grade for 6.  I am excited about working with the Crossroads families and their children.  

I grew up in Milaca, MN and spent 20 years after college in Richmond, Virginia.  With my students, I enjoy reading, arts & crafts and STEM Science projects.  

When I am not at school, I love to bake, travel, and spend time with my pups.  I have two Miniature Dachshunds named Ollie & Jasper. I have just recently returned to Minnesota and am anxious to explore and reacquaint myself with St. Paul and the Crossroads Community.
