National African American Parent Involvement Day

    Harding High School celebrates the 24th Annual National African American Parent Involvement Day

    When: Monday, February 10, 2020 
    Where: Harding High School (Auditorium), 1540 East Sixth Street
    Time: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

    Parents! Come join us as we host a day of dance, poetry, singing, spoken word, motivational speakers, and conversation about African American history. Lunch will be served from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm. If you would like to donate food or drink to help us be able to serve at all shows, please know that items need to be wrapped/store bought.

    In addition to parent name(s), please provide the number of people who plan to attend, so we can be sure to have enough food for all our guests!

    The day is funded by Harding High School and the Saint Paul Public Schools’ Title One program. Harding would like to give special thanks to Mrs. Faye Scott Food Caterings and to Mr. Lou James of Edify Inc. Motivational Speaking. The NAAPID Program is put on by Harding’s African American Students Advocacy Program [ASAP], Men of Character [MOC], Sistas of Success [SOS], Mr. James Bush (groups facilitator), Ms. Romero (choir director), and Mr. Tim Coleman (theater director).
