A native of St. Paul’s East Side, I love having the opportunity to teach in the same neighborhood from which I come. 

I began my teaching career at Harding in 2004, and I feel very fortunate to be part of the Harding High School community. 

I attended the College of St. Benedict/ St. John’s University and have a BA in English. I also received my M.Ed from St. Mary's University.  Presently I teach five sections of English 9 with my co-teacher, Mao Vang.  

I am also the Learning Team Facilitator of Harding's English Department.
