Creative Writing is an intensive course designed to challenge student writers to deepen their skills by working in various literary genres, including poetry. Students can take this class after the Poetry elective; we will be studying and writing more advanced poems and poetic devices. Students will study and analyze a variety of writers and employ various literary techniques to create original poetry, and short fiction. Students will create a polished portfolio of their revised and completed creative writing over the course.
