Laura Nathan's sixth grade year at EXPO was the '97-'98 school year. As of January, 2004, she's a senior at Highland Park High School and has been accepted to attended Carleton College, perhaps studying political science or international studies.
Laura feels EXPO helped open her eyes to the great diversity we have in St. Paul. She said she experienced a well-rounded education at EXPO. She points to the lifeskill of perseverance as a key in her later successes. She's also still interested in multiple intelligences!
