Maura Tschida has been at EXPO Elementary since 1997 and has been in the "Garden" the entire time. Miss Maura loves teaching Kindergarten and believes it is a magical time to work with kids.

The educator received her undergraduate degree from St. Catherine's University and her Master's Degree from Concordia University.

Outside of the classroom, Miss Maura loves to garden, cook, walk with friends, sing, read, do yoga, and travel. She lives in St. Paul with her husband and four grown children and loves Sunday dinners with lots of conversation! 

Miss Maura respects the supportive families and the wonderful students, as well as the staff that supports her in doing the great work of creating, teaching, and learning.
