This is my first year at Expo Elementary, and I am very excited to be part of the Pre-K team. I have taught Pre-Kindergarten for 18 years in Saint Paul Public Schools. I love working with the littlest learners. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with the focus on Early Childhood from Concordia St. Paul and Master's in Education Pre-K-12 from St. Mary's.  

My goal is to build a positive, supporting, caring, creative, encouraging and rigorous classroom. I want to be a partner in the education of your child.  I will communicate and keep you updated on the growth of your child.  

Remember we have one special goal, which is the success of your child.   

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends. My husband and I have a blended family. We have four kids between the two of us. They keep us very busy with lacrosse, dance, choir, and visiting my son at college. 

I love to be active and explore the wonders of beauty all around us. I love to take vacations or spend time at the lake.  I love to run and walk my dog, Brody.   I love to read books.
