At EXPO Elementary, every K-2 classroom has a WINN (What I Need Now & Next) teacher who co-plans alongside the classroom teacher. As WINN teachers, our primary role is to provide daily differentiated small-group phonics and reading instruction to support the core instruction during their literacy block. This individualized instruction will help them grow even more in their reading skills.
