Greetings!

I am Marilyn Gee and I am teaching English Language Arts 11-12 and electives- World Mythology & Creative Writing here at SPPS OLS.

I’m new to SPPS, but I have been in education for over 20 years. I spent the last year and a half on sabbatical traveling abroad throughout Mexico and a few weeks in Africa, as well. Prior to that I lived and worked in Charlotte, NC. But I was born and raised in San Diego,CA. I am fascinated by the use of technology in the classroom. I am intrigued by the opportunity that it creates for students to be successful in this 21st century learning environment. I was very excited to work at a high school that was 100% virtual for both students and teachers.

I attended Humboldt State University for my undergraduate degree.

I received my Master’s from Walden University.
