Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year!

My name is Rachel Erickson. This school year, I get the privilege of working with Online Middle School students supporting Special Education students in Math.  While this is my first year in SPPS, this is my 13th year as a Special Education teacher. I graduated from St. Olaf College as a Political Science Major and a Management Minor, worked in business for a few years before knowing my calling involved working with young people directly. I attended the University of St. Thomas to receive my teaching license and Master’s degree in Specific Learning Disabilities. 

Some fun facts about me: I am a born and raised Minnesotan, who has spent the last 12 years living in St. Paul. When not working, my husband and I stay busy with our two small kids visiting local parks and local ice cream shops. We also enjoy spending as much time as possible at the family cabin in the summer.
