My name is Charlene Kost and I grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. I attended the University of Minnesota at Duluth, where I studied Elementary Education and Spanish. After college, I moved to California where I taught first grade in Fontana Unified School District. After teaching in Fontana for 4 years, I moved back to Minnesota and started teaching in St. Paul. While teaching in St. Paul, I attended the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities to earn my Master's degree in Second Languages and Cultures and also an ELL teaching license. I am an ELL (English Language Learners) teacher at Wellstone. When I am not teaching, I keep very busy with my two kids and trying to do a few other things that I enjoy.  Some of my favorite things to do are travel to different places, learn new things and have exciting experiences.

Mi nombre es Charlene Kost y crecí en Stillwater, Minnesota.  Asistí a la Universidad de Minnesota en Duluth, donde estudié la educación primaria y el castellano. Después de graduarme de la universidad, me mudé a California para enseñar primer grado en el Distrito Unificado de Fontana donde enseñé durante 4 años.  Regresé a Minnesota y comencé como maestra aquí en St. Paul.  También tomé clases en la Universidad de Minnesota en Minneapolis para sacar mi Maestría en el aprendizaje de otros idiomas y culturas y para sacar mi licencia como maestra de inglés como segunda idioma (ELL). Soy una maestra de estudiantes que aprenden inglés (ELL) en Wellstone. Cuando no estoy enseñando, estoy bien ocupada con mis dos niños y trato de conseguir tiempo para hacer algunas otras cosas que disfruto.  Aparte de pasar tiempo con mis niños, me gusta viajar a nuevos lugares, y a aprender y a experimentar nuevas cosas.
