These are some of the links or sites and resources where your child can go on to do more learning and practice what we've learned in class at home.
Websites/ Apps Use in Class:
1. Schoology: schoology.spps.org
This site allows teachers to create assignments and share resources with students. Students are able to submit their assignments and check their grades. Parents can view what their child is learning and doing in the classroom.
*This is our platform for learning in class and on e-learning days.
2. Epic!:https://www.getepic.com/
Reading Website/ App (Free access for all students from 8am to 4pm.)
3. Notability (App):
Use to help students practice reading skills, such as highlighting, and many others.
4. Xtramath:
This is the app that students are using to learn and have extra practice on their basic math skills independently.
Students will need to log in through Clever on their iPad to access Xtramath.
5. Raz-Kids: www.raz-kids.com
Use for reading books at a student's reading level in English
We use this in the classroom to practice math and language art skills that students need to level up on their math and language arts (reading, writing) skills. This can be accessed through Clever on their iPad and through the IXL app downloaded on their iPad.
