Welcome to the Theatre! My name is Mr. G and I am very excited to be back at Txuj Ci Lower Campus! Before I became a full-time teacher, I was a freelance actor and educator around the Twin Cities. I have run a number of theatre companies, performed on many stages, and taught many, many theatre classes. I love to tell stories, create characters, and help students express themselves and discover who they are as unique people!

Outside of Txuj Ci, I coach a high school speech team south of the river. I love to go hiking and camping. I love to listen to music, collect vinyl records, cook, and bake…A LOT.

I graduated from Augsburg University with a BA in Theatre Performance and received my teaching license in Theatre / Dance from Hamline University where I am finishing up my Masters of Arts in Teaching!

I am so excited to be working with the Txuj Ci students this year, and cannot wait to create and tell more stories, and above all, laugh and have a fun time connecting with everyone on the stage!
