Accelerated Science 7 is a year-long introductory life science course that integrates middle school biology with chemistry and the history and nature of science and engineering. This course introduces basic and advanced science concepts through inquiry labs, models, and hand-on activities. The topics covered listed below will ensure that students develop the necessary  skills in scientific thinking, science inquiry, and laboratory investigations. This course is designed for students with a strong interest in science and who desire a more in-depth science experience. Accelerated Science 7 prepares students for Accelerated Science 8 and advanced high school science courses.
