Speech and Language Clinicians

The Speech and Language Clinicians at Battle Creek Elementary help students to develop skills in several areas. We work with children in the regular education classrooms and small groups outside of the classroom. We also are members of the Child Study Team, responsible for accepting referrals for Special Education Services and conducting assessments.
We helps students develop skills in one or more of these areas:
- speech sound production
- receptive and expressive language skills (concept development, vocabulary, and grammar)
- voice disorders
- stuttering
