My name is Erica Ford. I have been a special education teacher for over fifteen years. I have a Masters of Education from the University of Minnesota, and I have teaching licenses in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Developmental/ Cognitive Disabilities.

I love to read, run, and create things. I recently spent two years working at an international school in China, and had the opportunity to travel around China and southeast Asia. My husband is a math teacher, and we have two sons, who are in fifth grade and second grade.  

I am very excited to work at Battle Creek and get to know the families and students in this community.
