Penny Mills is a speech/language pathologist who has worked in St. Paul Schools for over 32 years. During that time, her focus has been working in Early Childhood Special Education with students ages birth-5 years of age with a variety of speech and language needs. One of her specialties is Augmentative and Alternative Communication.

Ms. Penny has 2 children, now in college, who attended St. Paul Public Schools. She is busy watching football on Saturdays as both boys play college ball. Ms. Penny also enjoys spending time with family in Duluth.

Ms. Penny is happy to be back at Como Park Elementary! She looks forward to connecting and working with students, families and staff!
