Hello! My name is Ms. Ousley and I am thrilled to be teaching at HRMS. After growing up in Northfield, MN, I left the country first for South Africa, and then for Canada. In both places, I was exposed to unique perspectives that challenged me to ask myself big questions about who I am and what my responsibilities are in this life. I combined my love for learning about those who go against the grain with my passion for social justice and have arrived in a career that I treasure as a social studies teacher. Working with the young people of St. Paul truly gives me hope in the future of this world, as I see them use their compassion and curiosity for good.
